Vibe Tally Privacy Policy

Vibe Tally is a private pass-the-phone voting and group decision app for friends, hangouts, parties, and everyday choices. No Vibe Tally account is required. The app is for entertainment and casual group decisions and is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

This policy is intended to be clear and accurate. It does not claim that the app collects “no data,” because third-party Google advertising and billing services may process information as described below.

1. Information stored locally by Vibe Tally

Completed game history may be stored locally on your device. History is designed to store aggregate results, not a record of which individual voted for whom.

• Incomplete games are not saved to History.
• You can delete individual History entries or clear all History from within the app.
• Because this History data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s local data may remove it, depending on how Android and your device manage app storage.

DeUna Studio does not operate a Vibe Tally account system for this app, and this policy does not describe a DeUna Studio cloud profile for game History.

2. Information that third-party Google services may process

Vibe Tally uses Google services that may process information according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and purchase activity, those services can include:

• Google AdMob for advertising shown to free users
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable advertising and privacy consent flows
• Google Play / Google Play Billing for distributing the app and processing the one-time Remove Ads / Ad-Free purchase

DeUna Studio does not control Google’s independent processing of data through these services. Please review Google’s disclosures for AdMob, UMP, Google Play, and Google Play Billing for details about the information those services may collect, use, or share.

3. Advertising and consent

For free users, Vibe Tally may show ads served through Google AdMob. Where required or otherwise applicable, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising/privacy consent options.

Your choices in those consent flows, together with your device settings and Google account preferences, may affect how advertising is personalized or limited. Ad experiences can vary by region and eligibility.

4. Purchases

Vibe Tally offers a non-consumable, one-time Remove Ads / Ad-Free purchase through Google Play Billing. While that entitlement is active, paid users do not receive Vibe Tally banner or interstitial ads.

Purchase processing, receipt validation, restore flows, pricing display, taxes, and payment methods are handled by Google Play. Displayed prices may vary by country, currency, and Google Play’s localization. For that reason, this Privacy Policy does not hard-code a purchase price.

5. Data retention and local deletion

Local History remains on your device until you delete individual entries, clear all History, clear the app’s local data, or uninstall the app (subject to Android and device behavior).

Information processed by Google AdMob, UMP, Google Play, or Google Play Billing is retained according to Google’s policies and systems, not by a DeUna Studio-operated Vibe Tally account database.

6. Children's privacy

Vibe Tally is a general-audience entertainment app for casual group decisions. This Privacy Policy does not claim a specific age rating and does not assert specialized children’s-privacy certifications.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information through Google services used by the app in a way that concerns you, contact us using the details below and we will review the request as appropriate. You may also need to use Google’s own tools and support channels for advertising, Play, or account-related requests.

7. Security

We design Vibe Tally with practical care for local History and purchase entitlement handling. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed on your device or by third-party Google services.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of Vibe Tally after an update means you should review the revised policy to understand the current practices described here.
